The Problem
How might we get individuals to attach themselves personally to climate change? Experts are struggling to move their audience from education to action. What are the major barriers they face?
Research
We conducted interviews with university professors and students to understand what motivates people to act. Many young adults are overwhelmed by data and misinformation, resulting in climate anxiety. Through behavioral psychology, we explored ways to reduce this anxiety and turn education into engagement.
Solution
We designed an interactive roadmap exhibit and website to guide young adults toward their first steps in climate action, transforming abstract concern into practical involvement.
